National Council of Churches of Kenya (NCCK)
St. Paul's University and NCCK have conducted joint research on the effects of Covid-19, lead panel discussions on climate change during ECLAS, and presented papers in conferences.

St. Paul's partnering with Handong University saw training of faculty members on best teaching practices in modern times, imparting students with enterprenerual skills, and incubation of startups.

World Vision
This partnership facilitated evaluation of Strong Women and Strong World (SWSW) in West Pokot County and follow up research with Emory University on SWSW in Isiolo county.
It occasioned extra income to the university, faculty engagement in research with Emory university, knowledge exchange and publication with World Vision, Emory university and SPU, and Exposure on development research for development faculty.

Medical Benevolence Foundation sponsors the annual Nursing Conference and research activities related to Nursing and Midwifery and tuition for Bachelor of Science in Nursing students.
