Programme Overview
Introduction
Offered in partnership with All Africa Conference of Churches (AACC), the Master of Theology in Ecumenical Leadership programme seeks to promote inter-generational learning and mentorship of young Theologians to lead ecumenically.
Programme Objectives
The core objectives of the programme are:
- Equipping students to expound forms of leadership in the contemporary ecumenical movement.
- Involving students to discuss leadership approaches in response to emerging contextual theologies in Africa.
- Modelling students to practice leadership in ecumenical context.
- Rooting students to examine the roles of ecumenical organizational leadership for sustainable development in Africa.
- Promoting students to apply contemporary leadership skills in ecumenical organizations and churches in Africa.
