This has occasioned incessant growth, hence realization of their long-term and short-term objectives owing to happy staff, repeat clients, referrals, and good reputation. St. Paul’s university is no exception. Customer-centrism is the aorta of all stake holder engagements ranging from reception of visitors and new students to hosting members of the University Council and eminent persons. This year, the SPU community commemorated the 2023 edition of Customer Service Week in a grand way anchored on the tag “Our Customers Our Pride!” The celebrations kicked off on Monday 2nd October, with the official launch taking place at the main campus in Limuru. Students and staff were ushered into the beautiful ambience glamourized by beautifully decorated buildings and isles by representatives from the Corporate Affairs Department, who issued goodies to them.
