In line with the ISO 9001:2015, Strategic Plan and Vision and Mission Statements, top university's management underwent training on Risk Management. The insightful session was facilitated by CPA Edwin Omondi from Kenya Medical and Training College (KMTC), who delved on Risk Identification and Prioritization, Risk Ownership, Risk Mitigation Measures, Risk Enterprise Management and Risk Register Development among other critical areas. Mr. Kennedy Waweru, the Ag. Deputy Vice Chancellor Finance and Administration emphasized the need for the university to adapt to a risk culture that will ensure all sections, units and departments adhere to well laid out compliance structures.
