St. Paul’s University delights in nurturing young minds into becoming the best versions of themselves by providing leadership in various disciplines. The university either takes these initiatives autonomously or through collaboration with like-minded organizations, whose results have been extremely amazing.
On Saturday 8th February 2022, the SPU in partnership with Debate Circles played host to high school students from over 20 leading secondary schools for Debate competitions at the main campus in Limuru. During the session, participants exhibited their oratory expertise while tactfully presenting facts on the subject matter seeking to outdo each other. The event culminated with awarding of the day’s winners.
The forum not only accorded student’s an opportunity to sharpen their oratory skills but also mingle with their peers and appreciate varied approaches of doing things and have a firsthand experience of campus life courtesy of a campus tour conducted after the event.
