The academy hosts a student portal that allows students unable to enroll for class based learning undertake a course of their choice despite the distance from the academy.

The portal shall facilitate online registration of students to the academy, payment of fees, access to school schedules by students, publishing of course material by lecturers, retrieval of the published learning material by students, printing of the examination card by students and discussions between students and lectures.

Special arrangements are made by the institution for practical sessions. The instructors communicate the dates to students based on the course outlines such that any practical aspects in a given topic are undertaken in good time.

When exams are due, students enrolled for this module are assembled to one location and the exam administered physically by the academy's invigilators.
