Rev. Dr. Luka Ariko Ekitala is a seasoned educationist with a wealth of experience in teaching, student mentorship, management of both secondary and higher learning institutions. He is also an ordained minister of the Gospel, skilled in Pastoral Counseling, preaching, offering spiritual direction, missions, and discipleship. Dr. Ariko currently serves as the General Secretary, Reformed Church of East Africa.

Dr. Ekitala serves in the University Council as Vice Chair member of the Risk Audit and Compliance, and Academic and Student Affairs Committees. He is the Chaplain of Moi University a position he has held since 2009.
