Prof. William Ogara is the Executive Director of Clear Africa and serves in the University Council as a representative of the Anglican Church of Kenya. He is an Auditor and has a wealth of experience consulting in Organizational Development, Risk and Corporate Governance, Coaching and Leadership Development, and Financial Management. Prof. Ogara has a specific interest in Senior Leadership in Churches, NGO’s and Private-Sector Organizations in Africa & beyond and serves in boards of reputable financial institutions.

Prof. Ogara is an accomplished scholar. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree - Accounting and Finance Major, Master of Business Administration - Strategic Management and Doctor of Philosophy in Organizational Change and Renewal. He has also published in Accompanying Churches in Post Conflict Situations, Succession Management, Youth and Leadership and Volunteerism.
