Dr. Winnie Ndeta Otsiulah is a highly accomplished communications scholar and lecturer at St. Paul's University in Limuru, Kenya. With over 15 years of experience in academia, she is a dedicated educator and researcher who has made significant contributions to the field of communication. Dr. Otsiulah holds a PhD in Media and Communications from Kisii University, and has Masters in communication studies from Moi University and Bachelor of Arts In education (Arts) from Moi University.
As a lecturer, Dr. Otsiulah is known for her dynamic teaching style and ability to engage and inspire her students. She is passionate about empowering the next generation of communicators and instilling in them a strong foundation in both theoretical and practical aspects of the field.
