Rapid urbanisation has come to present one of the greatest challenges facing the world today, particularly in Africa and Asia where urban populations are projected to double over the next thirty years. The purpose of this program is to train emergent leaders in the skills, knowledge, values and character needed to give leadership to transformational organizations and movements among economically poor urban communities.
