The Rev. Canon Dr. Rosemary Mbogo is the Provincial Secretary in the Anglican Church of Kenya (ACK) and serves as the Secretary to the Board of Trustees and representative of the ACK. She is an ordained Priest and Canon in the Anglican Church and has a wealth of experience in management of institutions of higher learning. The Rev. Canon has held leadership roles in several reputable institutions of higher learning and contributed immensely to their success.

The Rev. Canon Dr. Rosemary Mbogo holds a doctorate, Masters in Theology and Biblical Counseling as well as Bachelors of Education degree.
